This company and staff especially Mr Rahul Arora , Mr Israr and their customer care team are very unethical ,unprofessional, fraud ,fake people,and pathetic experience and are looting hardest earned money by offering travel packages from people and fake promises fake service bad behaviour and not returning customer money even if the customer has cancelled the package and not ready to take package.In persuance and alot of talk messages emails started from 4th and 5th June 23 just after 3 to 4 hrs when I found alot of mismatches and faced problems..and cancelled the package ..As per talk msgs to Mr Rahul Arora too , They informed me that full amount Rs 1,15,200 rupees which they took from me will be back in my account within 15 days from date of cancellation ie , 5 June and as they are are trying early otherwise it will take about 30 days...Later on Mr Rahul also replied on my phone call that you will get revert amount upto 4/5th July then i was told that i will get it on 20-25 july then i was told that i will get my money back on 31 st july then 2nd August BUT STILL NOTHING DONE and i received only 15,200 till now on 05-08-23 and Mr Rahul and company people are not picking up calls not giving proper reply and not returning my remaining money which is 1lakh rupees .Everytime Mr Rahul says the same thing same excuses that i have forwarded to concerned department n you will get money and gives me a new date everytime when i call him and asks for my own money,how come company people and company are doing such big big frauds with people and not listening to his own customer who has purchased package from them, i and other people please imagine how bad and unprofessional and pathetic experience and service i received and people in this company and company are doing fraud with citizens of India, everything is fake false false talks false assurances from company and staff Mr Rahul Arora.I haven't received my 1 lakh rupees yet.I have received only 15,200 rupees only on 05-08-23.I haven't received 1lakh rupees till now.Kindly do not convey any false information regarding refund of 1 lakh rupees to my account. i have statement and details proof of amount refunded by Club Resorto or Park Resorto which is only 15,200 rupees which i received on 05-08-23 in evening .When will my 1 lakh rupees be refunded to my account. I want my remaining 1 lakh rupees within 24 Hrs with a proof of 1lakh rupees refunded in my account within 24 Hrs.Else i will take legal action against company and people of company for not refunding my whole amount which is 1lakh rupees.Mr Rahul and company people are not picking up calls not giving reply and not returning my money 1 lakh rupees. Everytime Mr Rahul says the same thing same excuses that i have forwarded to concerned department n you will get money but everything is fake false false talks false assurances misleading information wrong information .I want my money within 24 hrs else now enough of your excuses and Delay.I want my money within 24 hrs else now i am filing a legal Police complaint and a PIL in court and also filing a complaint in Cyber Cell and to UP POLICE AND UP CM OFFICE and DELHI POLICE AND DELHI CM AND OFFICIALS take this seriously i am not joking and i am forwarding this to Police and above mentioned respected department and HONOURABLE CM SIR OF DELHI and UP.
ReplyDeleteif I don't get satisfactory final answer and my due amount 1lakh rupees within 24 Hrs i am going to take Legal action against company and Mr Rahul Arora and staff of company.Also attaching account details proof of amount 1 lakh not received yet and only 15,200 has been refunded to my account.1lakh is still not refunded to my account.
